Salesman was informative ,honest,not pushy,sold us what we needed not what he wanted to sell

excellent service, Stuart was very attentive and explained the products well. He understood what we were looking for.

Gareth had a wealth of knowledge regarding goods. He was very friendly and approachable without being overbearing

Both members of staff were utterly lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They made us a coffee and were relatable and genuine, making the experience (which to me, it was, having never been in a position to buy a half decent bed before!) a joy. They shared our excitement and didn’t make us feel daft about it. Nothing was forced, there was no dastardly sales pitch and they genuinely just wanted to help us find our dream bed. And they did - we’re over the moon!

The young man Stuart was very helpful to us. nothing was a problem to him even made me a cup of coffee, I was frozen. I didn’t know there was so many different mattresses. So he helped us out. Very pleased.

I was served by Stuart who went out of his way to find me what I was looking for and provided me with answers to all of my questions. I even phoned back today with another question and managed to speak to him and he helped me once again. Highly recommend this store and Stuart to anyone looking to purchase a new item for their home. Also, I only had limited time due to being on my lunch break and he made the process as speedy and efficient as possible.
