The assistant, Stuart in Irvine, listened to my needs, went through the options and was able to answer all my questions. He was very helpful with delivery dates. He was helpful, informative but not pushy which would have put me off. There was a good range of products in store and when I asked about sofabeds, he was able to tell me where I would be able to see some.

The store assistant Stuart provided us with all the information we needed to allow us to make the final decision to purchase our chosen products.

The only issue I have with my purchase is I took the mattress over 9 months interest free and was told I had up to 21st July 2019 to pay it off but looking into the paperwork I have to pay by 23 June 2019 or I pay interest.

The customer service by Gareth went above and beyond. So helpful and knowledgeable.

Assistant Gareth explained difference in mattresses pillows sizes of beds.He advised us about insuranceHe told us we could arrange delivery date to suit us & have the delivery men put the bed up for us & take away the wrapping etc

There were plenty of staff in the store; as we were the only customers at the time this meant that we had attention immediately. We were offered tea or coffee. which was a pleasant surprise! Gareth, the member of staff who attended to us, was very knowledgable about the products and did not rush us into making a decision.

Very helpful and pleasant, bit of a sticky moment when paying, was resolved in seconds.
