Upon entering the store your colleague Sophia was ver informative to our questions but did not push us into a sale which I find most places do. She made the whole experience easy.

The salesman Gareth looked at our needs and tried to get us the best and lowest price possible, we added extras without prompting and he gave us advice and we tried a few mattresses, duvets, pillows and beds and all options were discussed.
