The lady who assisted me at the store was friendly, knowledgeable and had tons of time for me and my questions. Showed me the different models and delivery options, also that if the chosen delivery date became unsuitable, changes could be made with two days notice, which is very helpful in my circumstance. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience in your store.

The store was laid out in a way that helped you understand the offerings available and Michael that looked after us had fantastic product awareness and a lovely manner. It was an excellent buying experience.

Mattress purchase is difficult and we were given plenty of good direction as to the best purchase for us. Salesperson (Gareth) was polite, knowledgeable of the products and gave us plenty of time to consider our purchase together with the various options available on the day. This made our Irvine store visit a pleasant one, much as I dislike parting with money!! The product and the extra cover etc are a reasonable deal and if the product lives up to it's promise we will be more than satisfied with our visit to Dreans

We appreciated and enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We were stressed at the beginning but very quickly the salesman understood what we needed and his knowledge and patience relaxed the whole situation.

When we first went no one pestered us it wasn’t until we had a lol at all the beds and we asked for help the salesman was extremely helpful an knowledgeable about all the beds would definitely return to the store

This is the second time I have used dreams Irvine store as I bought my own bed from there at the start of the year and it is the best bed I've ever slept in and anyone who has had a shot agrees the only bad thing is can say about it is that I now struggle to get out it in the morning and I'm always late both times I've used the shop I was served by the same salesman and was more than satisfied with my experience this purchase is bunk beds for my kids only bad thing is the 8 week wait for delivery but I understand that is down to the supplier so I would definitely recommend dreams in Irvine and if I will be using them in the future

Stuart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when giving us advise on the various mattresses available. He then gave us plenty of time to try out the different mattresses available. He has a friendly and courteous matter.

Gareth the Sales Advisor was excellent with his product knowledge, we knew the bed frame we wanted but were unsure what mattress we would need. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and talked us through all our options with no pressure. The rest of the team were also kind, talking to our children to enable Gareth to help us make an informed decision without interruption from the kids!
