All mattresses were displayed with their build characteristics information displayed albeit we needed guidance as to what all of it meant and how that translated into what we wanted. Your staff answered and explained all our questions with humour, clear language and notable enthusiasm. Even the terms and conditions were clear and understandable.

Gareth was absolutely Brilliant, answered all questions, provided myself, wife and 2 children with drinks - one of Gareth’s female colleagues, can't Recall her name but was blond haired - she occupied our children whilst Gareth made sure we got to check out all the mattress options! We will definitely be back for the kids beds next year!

Sophia was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to explain to us about all the various types of mattresses. She kindly dealt with our children offering them a place to colour in. She was very patient and very professional.

Answers to the previous questions say it all I have nothing further to add

Gareth was extremely professional and devoted his time to me. An employee that treats his customers like his own family? You can't get any better than that!

Because hopefully we ordered the right mattress to suit our needs. we dont get delivery till Tues 31st July so have not slept on it yet. We were very satisfied with the member of staff who served us and everything went very smoothly with the purchase.

Customer Service assistant Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Arrived at store not sure as to what we should buy as we had same bed for 23yrs, assistant explained all different products & prices. He took time to explain everything & was not pushy, we returned 6 days later & bought product from same assistance with no,problem. Hope delivery of item is as straightforward.

Great assistance and quick delivery

Michael the sales assistant in dreams, was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave me time to find my correct bed and gave lots of information. We were only really in for a look but was a great deal everything we wanted. Would recommend dreams!
