Attentive friendly staff who knew their products .Good layout of store and display of what each mattress consisted off was very helpful.

We visited the Irvine store, looking for bunk beds. We found exactly what we were looking for on display in the store and Stuart, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful. He was able to show us the range of mattresses available and demonstrate the differences between them. He dealt with our purchase very efficiently and we had the added bonus that there was 20% off the marked prices, so we left the store very satisfied. We could have chosen a delivery date within a couple of days, but it was our choice to postpone it for several weeks to a more convenient time for ourselves.

I bought my bed and mattress from Dreams about 12 years ago and was very satisfied, so I had no hesitation in going back today to purchase a new mattress. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Gareth who dealt with us was very friendly, gave us great information and advice to help us with our choice for a new bed, even managed to get us to be the frame as well as the mattress as it was such a good deal.

The staff were so helpful in understanding what I was looking for. I had my two year old daughter with me who was a little grumpy and the two other members of staff amused her with colouring and talking to her and also made coffee for my step father and myself while I purchased my bed and mattress. The staff were also very helpful in giving advice on best places to look for a new sofa form my home looked up the postcode and gave it to me which I lost and called the store back and they gave the postcode again went that extra mile in helping on a stressful day I was having after just moving home. Wonderful staff at the irvine store.
