Able to test the mattress which was very pleasing as well as the bed frame, able to test it and experience what it can do. The assistance from the dreams team that helped me was very pleasing and able to assist me in any way and answered any question I had which I was happy with. Overall I will be recommending dreams to my friends and family and hope to experience a good sleep for years to come! Thank you.

I visited the store and Stuart remembered me from the previous week. He was very helpful on both occasions and was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was offered hospitality and was very well informed. I am delighted with my new purchase, the bed frame is really stunning and look forward to the arrival in my home. Visited Irvine store initially spoke with Gareth who was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful regarding a mid sleeper. Returned a few weeks later & placed order with Sophia who was also helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Order processed quickly

Staff very knowledgeable about the products on offer and also we were given ample time to try out the mattresses before making our decision.

Salesperson offered assistance if required and left us to browse as was our wish. When we requested his assistance he was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He explained the rationale behind different options and the whole process was smooth and streamlined. Could have purchased the same item online, however the personal experience allowed us to fully appreciate the various aspects of the product through touch and visualisation.

I was very happy with the shopping experience as I was truly uneducated on the different types of mattress and pillow (I was thinking a mattress was a mattress and a pillow was a pillow, I was so wrong and I totally get it now thanks to our assistant Sophia (Irvine scotland branch) that helped us step by step. I can’t recommend them much more. Just need to wait for my mattress to get here... can’t wait!

The man man Michael was ver attentive and allowed us to try out several beds /mattresses after we said what we were looking for

When selecting our bed we didn’t know there were so many different options(4 or 5 different headboards and drawers or sliding doors on bases)the salesman went to a lot of effort to make sure we had the right bed

Even though the bed I wanted to see wasn't available in store, the sales assistant helped me greatly with alternatives. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds I tried. He understood my requirements and helped me come to a decision.
