Dreams - Irvine

Shopping at your store in Irvine was a really good experience. The assistant Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a good manner and explained all the products so well. He is an asset to your company.

My visit to shop was very satisfactory. Gareth helped with my purchase and made everything so quuck and easy. His knowledge of what I needed was fantastic and will be visiting again soon for another bed. The service I received was outstanding and was even offered tea or coffee while the paperwork was done. 10 out of 10 all round.

The assistant was very attentive and listening to our requests and steering us to the bed that suited us best .he let us make the decisions and wasn't pushing us to one particular product but gave us the options and let us try and compare the options with no time pressure either .Was a very pleasant shopping experience

I was talked through the delivery and product cover options and although you couldn't price match the external product I had seen ,the 20% off promotion made it a good deal. Stuart was very helpful and remembered me from my previous visit.

Purchased our mattress in Irvine store . We had previously used Ayr and we searched for nearest store as we were very pleased with the mattress we had .Salesmen very helpful and suggested mattress was nearest too the one we were looking for I will return and purchase my next mattress from your company Many Thanks Isabella Burrow

Items on display were well presented, and static information available was easy to understand. Staff interacted in a knowledgeable, and helpful, manner. Nothing was too much of a problem for them.

Had excellent support and customer service provided by firstly Stuart on an earlier visit and then by Gareth when it actually came to proceeding with a purchase, he was very knowledgable and extremely helpful to assist us with our purchase, and he ensured we were fully briefed up on the options and choices available to us with the requirements we told him we were looking for in a bed. Top marks indeed.

We were assisted in store by Gareth. He was highly knowledgeable in all the products that we sampled. He put us at ease with the new matress that we have purchased knowing that we have a 40 night comfort guarantee (which I don't anticipate having to use). We tried several martesses and Gareth was very helpful in helping us choose our Tempur cloud premier 19D matress. He also helped me pick a new pillow which I am using just now and am very happy with it. We are really looking forward to taking delivery of our new matress on the 26th of this month.
