We went looking for a mattress and were so impressed with Michaels patience and understanding of our needs we ended up buying a bed as well lively sales man definetly recommend the shop

Salesmen explained the various mattress types available and let us try them out, also assisted in selecting headboard and choice of colours for base. Even offered a cup of tea or coffee!

Good salesman

Salesperson took time to explain all the different choices and variations. I went into the store literally clueless and left quite happy with information received without feeling as it was only salestalk. Returned a few days later to place order after visiting other stores and websites. Felt that Dreams were the only place I was able to make an informed choice without being hassled but helped.

Store very clean and pleasant. Michael was very knowledgeable and helped my mum work out what sort of bed she would need for her arthritis he really took the time to explain everything in detail . He did not rush my mum and was very patient and friendly. We were very impressed with the service.
