We were greeted by a lovely employee called Stuart who made us feel very at ease and let us really take our time in choosing the right mattress for us, giving us all the information we required.

Walked in got seen no problem the store did not stock much sealy mattresses as that was what we have already and was set upon the assistant showed us sealy on the web page and explained to us why he could not stock all products in store looking around there is only so much one store can have out but looking at a web page you can’t get a feel of amatress but nevertheless the assistant came out trumps took our needs and budget around £400 mark showed us mattresses we managed to find one that will do the job

The salesman took time to let us wondered and was not pushy. He then explained the differences of products and also used your system to see what mattress was best for us. This technology for us was great.

Great service

I was extremely impressed with our assistant Kenny who helped us from start to finish for both mattresses. He happily showed us each bed that had been recommended by the machine and listened to our own personal preferences on top of this. We were not rushed in any way and given plenty of time and privacy to retry mattresses and dicuss the ones we liked best. An excellent experience all around and much simpler than we expected it to be.

Upon arrival we were met by your colleague Kenny who provided an excellent service. Was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of the difficulty of the mobility of my elderly father for whom the bed was being purchased.

I was served by Donna who could not have been more helpful - she explained everything I needed to know and although I was a bit slow taking all the data in she had lots of patience with me - I could not have had better assistance from anyone. She is a credit to her work.

I was highly satisfied as Stacey the member of staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was with my daughter and both treated with respect. I had the opportunity to try the sleep technology to find the best mattress for my age, favourite sleeping position and health and wellbeing. The process went quickly, I tried a few mattresses that were recommended from my results. Was given additional information and offered hospitality at the store. Everything was explained in plain English. A very enjoyable experience.

From the moment we entered the store we were met by the advisor who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products that we were interested in purchasing.
