The assistant understood want sort of mattress I wanted and didn't want at all and explained about how it was all made and with what materials which is what I wanted.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with excellent customer service. The unforeseen electrical problem meant that we were unable to proceed with our transaction at the time of our visit. The store manager took our contact details and contacted us immediately the problem was resolved. We were unable to return to the store at that time but did so the following day. Staff were very apologetic and extremely helpful. They processed our order very quickly and efficiently on our return visit.
