Dreams - Irvine

I looked online and a bed frame I liked, I then checked availability in my local store and went to see the bed the next day. My experience in-store was great as the assistant was very helpful and I got to test all the mattresses which was important to me. The whole process was quick, stress free, and I got what I needed.

We knew what we wanted and the salesmen was helpful. .

Staff were very good and went the extra mile . Sad that the items take so long to arrive. I would take care when buying next time to find out when I would receive goods.

Haven’t purchase a mattress in 18 years as I never relised how reasonable priced they were so I left the shop pleased at the price

The staff member I dealt with was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable regarding the range of products available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful without feeling any pressure to buy. The staff in this particular store could not have done better, the were outstanding, very informative and friendly.

The salesperson Gareth was very patient but knowledgeable about the various options. He wanted to give us every opportunity to make the right selection for us and was prepared to go down different avenues depending upon our response. We were not pressurised into committing at all but after experiencing several options we were happy with our final decision and left the store content.

Everything went very smooth from the moment we entered the store till we left, Gareth the sales advisor was very knowledgable with the products and made us feel very comfortable.
