On entry to the store we were greeted by friendly staff and there was no pressure to buy. Sophia was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. Sophia offered us coffee and tea whilst we discussed the products and the best way to choose what was best for us. We triedout the mattresses before choosing the best one for us. We were very impressed by the helpful attitude, knowledge and variety of stock.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the correct bed for us. At no time were we pressurised into a purchase and were able to make our purchase on our third visit to the store comfortably. The fact that Dreams offers a price match policy gave us peace of mind.
