Gareth the sales assistant knew exactly what we were looking for and his product knowledge was outstanding, the way he dealt with us was very nice and we will certainly go back the next time we need a new bed.

Made to feel very welcome and staff were very helpful and attentive.

Got what we came in for. Knew what we wanted and gotta good selection balanced by knowledgeable assistance. Probably paid a bit more than expected but time will tell:quality is worth the extra.

I had purchased a bed for my daughter and was really pleased with the overall experience and helpfulness of the friendly staff at Dreams in Irvine and as I needed a new bed myself I returned to the store to purchase my bed. The assistant who helped me could not have done more to help. He was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products. He made everything so easy and I was dealt with extremely well. I have recommended Dreams in Irvine to friends who are thinking about new beds as the service I have received the twice I have purchased beds is above and beyond what you could expect. The salesperson that dealt with me this time was Michael and both him and Gavin who dealt with me the last time are an excellent example of how sales staff should be. Nothing was any trouble to them and they explained all options and aspects to me. Really well done Dreams in Irvine.

The shop was of a very high standard we were approached in a friendly manner and the sales agent had a very high knowledge of the products and took time to listen to our requirements of what we were looking for. The sales agent actually advised us of different products in different price ranges and there was no pressure at all from the agent
