Assistant was knowledgeable and eager to give information. He did not try to get a sale until we had looked at all the options available.

Gareth the sale assistant at the Irvine store was incredibly helpful. It was the first time we had gone mattress shopping and he explained all the options and helped us find the right mattress, bedframe and cover for out products. We had only gone in for a look and within an hr had picked a bed we love with a mattress and had put the order through. It was a very easy and stress free process.

I was assisted straight away and found Gareth very helpful and friendly. This was my first time buying a bed myself in a store and his knowledge was excellent.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was not confronted by pushy sales people intent on selling items they wanted instead.

Sophie was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us , we had our 11 month granddaughter with us and the staff interacted with her too . The whole expèrience was very relaxing .

service from store with gareth was excellent explained all about what we wanted as tried matrees what i liked and very pleased with it. gareth also helped me with choosing the correct firmness of matress as have issues with pressure points on hips . he was a gem and myself and wife are delighted and can not wait for delivery

As a very particular ex newspaper sales person obviously I am very critical but however was SATISFIESD with the service or I would not have gone ahead with making the sale
