Overall my experience using the store was good. Had to wait a while to be attended to as only one member of staff on and other customers in store.. Not that this was a big issue but it did mean we spent half an hour or so in the store walking around rather aimlessly.

Staff were friendly, courteous and well informed. The person who assisted me was knowledgeable about the range of products and helped me focus on what my preferences were rather than appearing to push any specific products. My only slight thing is that I would have liked a wider range to choose from, but I did get the product I was looking for quickly and efficiently.
