Efficient and knowledgable staff and product choice

Stuart at Dreams Irvine was very kind. He didn't hound me as soon as I walked in the store. When I asked for advice he was very forthcoming. Once he knew my needs he advised on what was best for me. Again there was no pressure to buy there and then. Once the order was placed he explained what the process was and what to expect.

Stuart was more than helpful during our visit to Dreams in Irvine. He went out of his way to understand our needs and help us find the perfect bed!

The lady that served us was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, found us exactly what we were looking for and actually more, we came in to buy a new double mattress and ended up upgrading to a king size with bed base due to the outstanding sale that dreams had on, her knowledge on the care package was also second to none and so we took out this also. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The sales man spent a lot of time explaining the products and answered fully all questions we had

Stacey (Irvine Store) was extremely helpful, listened and understood our needs. She suggested we try a 4 different mattresses until we found the right one. No pushy hard sales, (which we do not like) just friendly, helpful and attentive and that is why we decided to buy on the day.

Great care was taken by Stuart to get the right mattress for me as I have issues with pain in my legs. The machine used to measure me was great, but Stuart did not rush us at all. Very happy with the service given.
