Dreams - Irvine

Delivery takes over 2 weeks. Product can't be delivered to the store for me to pick up. I asked why but no justified or clear reason. It's only a single headboard!!! Hardly space consuming. Difficult to say if I can definitely be in as I work different shifts each week. Simple solution was to pick up in store. If it has to be redelivered it costs £39!!!!

We provided a specific delivery date due to working shifts. The date was brought forward which was not suitable and we face being charged for a new delivery date. Ridiculous as we have spent around £1100.00 on 2 new beds for our children.

Salesman in Irvine not only got my NAME wrong but also my ADDRESS wrong, I WILL NOT pay any fine if they try to deliver to the wrong address. But for the lack of choice in North Ayrshire, I would never have even shopped at Dreams in the first place.

Upon visiting this store today we were attended to by Stacey. She was very courteous to us the whole time we spent in the store as were the other members of staff. Stacey took the time to explain all about the mattresses before we tried them out and let us have as much time as we needed to try each of them before we made our decision and in no time we had the one we wanted she also gave us plenty of time to choose the frame and headboard and there was no hard sell from her she let us make up our minds and when all was decided upon she took no time at all in processing our order..I would definitely recommend this particular store to visit as it was the most relaxed,unhurried shopping experience we have ever had ..Not forgetting Tea or coffee was offered.
