Stacey approached me straight away to see if I needed help. She understood the type of mattress I wanted and narrowed the options down quickly. She suggested alternatives just to be sure I understood what was available but was very knowledgeable and I made my choice confidently and very quickly which was great as I didn’t want to have to try out lots of mattresses. She was very professional but also friendly. Stacey processed my order efficiently and pointed out an offer on pillows which I purchased. The whole experience was hassle free and I was really pleased with how she helped me to make the right choice.

I was looking for a double mattress for myself and a single bed & mattress for my Son. I was greeted by Stacey at the Irvine store who was extremely helpful with what I was looking for! I liked the Woodbridge single bed in the store for my Son but it was in a white colour but Stacey informed me that it also came in a charcoal colour and showed a picture of it on her PC....SOLD!!! it looked great. Stacey also pointed out whilst in store to use the disposable covers when trying out mattresses and to sanitise hands which I thought was great. Was also informed that I was eligible for 50% off pillows and duvets with my purchase in which I purchased 8 pillows and a 10.5 togg double quilt cover. I left the store feeling that I was given a friendly and professional service from Stacey and the staff and that I got great value for money. I am definitely going to revisit the guys at Irvine store going forward for all my bedding requirements in the future. Many thanks.

As I entered the store with my elderly mum a colleague called Stacey aproched and offered her help she talked my mum through all beds and matress she was interested in and gave her recommendations which mum was very happy with she explained everything very well during purchase was very friendly and nice even offer us bottles of water as was very hot day lovely lady and great store

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me with my selection.
