From the minute we entered the store we were looked after and assisted without feeling pressured. The assistants were friendly and knowledgeable and it was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Staff were very attentive. Listened to what we wanted and showed all the options available. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. We were allowed to make a decision in our time.

Last time, in 2018, when i bought a mattress the salesman was rude, got my name and address on the order wrong and put me off coming back into the store. I had to build my confidence back up just to go through the door.

The staff are very welcoming especially Stacy , helped us with all our decisions and showed us all over the shop floor to make sure we were happy with our choices , we were offered water and seats , the bed choice is for my husband who needs a riser bed for his back and he got the chance to try out on different beds ,also the test bed to see what mattress he needs , this is the second bed we have purchased from dreams and will continue to use this store , Sally
