The gent at this store was very helpful This is the second dreams we have bought Last time it was a new double bed complete. This time a king size mattress for our bed to Replace a mattress I could not sleep on.

Very friendly and informative staff took the time to understand our needs, budget and help find exactly what we were looking for. Very attentive and helpful indeed

This was my second visit in a couple of months and was welcomed like an old friend which was lovely. Bought a bed for my daughter as I was so delighted with my bed I has purchased last month.

It was our first time visiting the Irvine store of Dreams and, we were in no way disappointed, what a great selection of beds and accessories the store has, with everything so well laid out to make viewing very easy to negotiate. The staff are very friendly, and courteous. Our personal assistant who showed us around and explained everything about the bases and mattresses, could only be described as totally dedicated to her job, nothing was to much for her, even offering us on numerous times to take a seat and have something to drink, as we are both pensioners, and now not so able as we once were, this gesture was very much appreciated When we had set out, we intended going to several bed stores, but she completely won us over, and so we decided to select our new bed purchase at Dreams.

Donna was an excellent ambassador for your company and did not come across as pushy for the sale. Delighted to gear about the sleep guarantee as my Mum has health problems and this will be a good opportunity to ensure her bed is right for her.
