Dreams - Irvine

Stuart in the Irvine, Ayrshire branch was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. He listened and guided us through our options and gave us time to talk to each other and think about our needs and wants. He was very courteous and helped as i have health special needs. We were both impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he is down to earth but not in a too informal manner

Met by Kenny in Irvine Store, straight away felt at ease. Kenny had a lovely manner, was highly knowledgeable in the products and guided us through each step of finding our perfect mattress and base.

Very quick service, good price and speedy delivery

When we entered the store we were greeted by a sales assistant who offered help but we said we preferred to look around first. We were able to browse the products for a short time unhindered. I prefer to have a quick look round to view things without being pounced on by sales people. However once I became interested in one or two mattresses the assistant came over and explained the fillings etc of the products, she also asked if we would like to try a special mattress which would give us a print out of what type of mattress would be best for us.

The assistant who dealt with us was excellent, knowledgeable and excellent. He listened to what we wanted and helped direct us to the correct products. He gave us time on our own to discuss our options and arrive at our decision. He was helpful but not intrusive. At the till, his colleagues also helped support by giving item codes and bringing our pillows and mattress protection. I came back into the store to amend my order and add an additional base. This wasn't an issue and the change was made quickly. The store colleagues are an asset to the company.
