The staff were friendly and patient with good product knowledge. The person we dealt with didn't try and push anything on us or try to steer us toward the more expensive products. We did end up buying the more expensive mattress out of the two we narrowed it down to but that was entirely of our own doing.

Our helper Stacey at the Irvine store was amazing. She was friendly, courteous, attentive, patient and demonstrated great product knowledge. By using thebSleepmatch system she was able to direct is to the right products and was able to match us up to the perfect bed and mattress for us. First class service all round.

Had looked online at products but decided to visit our local store. Store assistant Stuart was very welcoming and helped us make our final decision.

Upon entering the store we were greeted promptly by a member of staff. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses that were matched to us by the sleep match. He gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses and was friendly throughout our visit. When we chose our mattress the order was placed quickly and the delivery options were a lot sooner than we expected.
