Very satisfied with customer service assistant very knowledgeable and helpful. From entering shop till leaving very good experience and hsd plenty of time with my son who was getting his new bed.

We done a sleep test to check what's suitable, got asked lots of questions about how we slept, aches and pains etc and then showed us round all suitable beds based on that, wasn't pushed into anything and all beds were explained well about all their benefits

I didn't have to wander round trying to work out what bed to try. The thinking was done for me! Also given space and time to make my decision.

Firstly I found the staff member understood my needs as they were quite complex, and was given excellent advice in relation to choice. The product choice was very good, and delivery dates tied in with my specific needs. Also was given the choice to have old bed taken away, which again is an excellent option, which I accepted. I appeared in the shop late in the afternoon, in fact, close to closing, and there was never a problem with this. I was made to feel valued as a customer the moment I appeared in the store. I enjoyed choices given to me, and was allowed to take the time to make my selection. I believe I would recommend this store and mlore importantly Dreams to any of my friends and or family. Thank You. A very happy customer indeed.

As we knew what mattress we wanted it was pretty easy to pick a bed frame and headboard. Excellent service
