Kenny was fantastic in the Irvine store. Was a pleasure to speak to and took his time to go through all aspects of what we were looking for. We were impressed with the levels of hygiene that were in place and felt safe in the store. Choices available were excellent and Kenny advised us throughout our visit. It was a great experience and do happy with our purchase can't wait for our delivery.

We felt extremely safe with physical distancing, masks and cleanliness evident at all times within the store. We were given time to decide on a mattress, didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and were even offered a bottle of water during our time in the store. We were also very happy with the lead delivery time which is within 4 weeks, we were expecting much longer due to Covid. All in all a positive in-store experience.

I visited the Irvine store on the 14th of October 20/20 a was highly satisfied no faults what so ever told the man that asked if he could help me ,told him my budget an what colour i was looking for couldn’t have been any nicer and anymore helpful during these tough times a still got what a was looking for il b back for sure 😁
