Excellent and friendly customer service without the hard sell. Stacey took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me good information about the product. I did not buy on my first visit but returned to the store a second time to complete my purchase, again helped by Stacey.

Stacey was a great help, there was only 2 members of staff working but she let us know right away that she would be with us as soon as she could. She discussed our needs and our budget and reccommended products to suit us, finding us the perfect mattress. She was very knowledgable and friendly and didnt pressure us in to anythin we werent sure about. Went in store to get some ideas for our new home and came out with our mattress
