I visited the shop the day before & spoke to Stacey to find out details about purchasing a suitable mattress. I explained the back issues that my husband and I have. I explained that I would prefer to come back with my husband which she recommended we do & try out a few of the mattresses. She also explained in detail about the bed that you both lie on, which calculates the best mattress for you and your sleep position. Stacey was very knowledgeable & pleasant. Was in no doubt that we would be returning the following day to purchase a bed from Dreams.
