Staff were friendly, took into account my needs when buying a mattress and bed.

When my wife and I arrived at the dreams store in Irvine we were greeted by a friendly member of staff called kenny he was extremely helpful and had a lot of knowledge on beds even though it wasn't the cheapest product that we both purchased we never felt pressured to buy and with the knowledge kenny knew it helped us choose the perfect product for both of us overall the visit was a great and relaxed experience

We were guided towards the products that were most suitable for our needs having taken the test bed analysis of our sleeping positions. We were not rushed, and we were given clear answers to any questions and we were also given time on our own to make our decision.

Though there were only two lad available at the time and both were with customers, they apologised for any inconvenience, asked me to have a look around to see if I could see any mattress that I would like The were not long and I was able to quickly get a mattress that suited my needs.
