Dreams - Irvine

Debbie to assistant who helped us pick out the best mattress for us was friendly certainly had the patience of a saint very product knowledgeable about mattress and what suited our needs. Went home and had a think about the mattress then phoned back up the Irvine store and spoke with Debbie again and advised her we wanted to go ahead and order mattress again nothing was any bother for her while she put our order on the system and only had to wait 8 days for new mattress to be delivered. When we visitedboth my wife and myself were using walking sticks. My wife has rhematoid athritis and I have a recurring back problem. Debbie took a great deal of time to discuss what we required and, with the help of the "Sleepmatch" system, came up with a list of mattresses for us to test. Which we did. We took a couple of days to look at alternatives before returning to order our chice of mattress. Delighted all round.

I liked using the bed to try help decide what mattress is suitable fir our needs. We got loads of beds to try out along with the great pillows we ended up buying.

The lady who served us was very attentive and knowledgeable,both staff were a delight to be with and the free bottle of water was a very welcome addition as the shop was very well ventilated. Which made me quite thirsty.Overall I was completely satisfied and had no hesitation in buying from staff who were so helpful. Also like to say I was not put under any pressure to buy. All in all a very satisfying experience. Thank You.

Staff were more than helpful in dealing with my requirements

debbie put my wife and i totally at ease the whole time that we were there, we were welcomed as we entered the store and it was a nice pleasant experience throughout.culminating with a nice cup of tea . only downside was the delivery times march 10 , but we liked the product ,and you really cant have everything ? can you .

After visiting numerous stores and trying various mattresses, we were overwhelmed by the choice available and found it difficult to decide. We decided to return to the Irvine Dreams store and see Donna who had originally took the time to really help us find the right mattress. My partner is pregnant so it was important we found the right one and Donna made sure we covered every possibility to find it. In the end, we were stuck between a couple of choices. A mattress from Bensons and the one we tried in the Dreams store. Both were great but the level of service and attentiveness from Donna was what ultimately made us return to the Dreams store. We left feeling very satisfied and confident in our choice after receiving such great service and a mattress that fitted our budget.
