Stuart and his store manager were very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked into the store. I was offered the choice of using the sleep test machine which I'm glad I did as it meant getting the right mattress. Stuart did not try to sell me the expensive end of the market but listened to what I was looking for and we took it from there. Offered all the extras but didn't make you feel that you had to purchase. Very helpful, professional and gave me all the right advice. Very happy with the overall experience.
