Debbie the assistant was a great help from the moment we entered the shop. She helped me pick the right mattress for my needs and discussed all the options with financing and also got a great bed frame too

The assistant was very polite and helpful. All our needs were met without a problem and we’re very well looked after.

Assistant approached us in a friendly and welcoming manner within a minute of entering. She listened to what we were looking for then immediately got us some pillows and invited us to try the mattresses that she thought would be suitable as we were looking for a firm mattress. Then left us alone to try them again and to make our own decision. Then she showed us different frames and pointed out the difference. Then during purchase pointed out the benefit of extended warranty and insurance on the mattress and frame and also pointed out how we could purchase matching furniture.

Kenny the assistant could not have been any better made sure we were looked after

Staff friendly and helpful without being pushy. Clearly very knowledgeable on the products and after providing me with all info I was left alone without feeling pressurised to make a decision in my own time

Debbie and Donna were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the products and able to make recommendations

Debbie in the Irvine store was great with my mother in law. She is very hard at hearing and suffers muscle issues. Debbie was very patient with her and understanding of her needs. She wasn’t pushy on us and help us to achieve an afordable price aswell as getting the products we required
