The advisor took the rime to listen to my needs & they were friendly.

We were greeted by Kenny who was very friendly and helpful. He recommended we try the sleep analysis which was a great experience. Helped us choose what firmness and then went through all the mattresses that would suit us. We had a budget in mind and Kenny managed to get us everything we wanted for a little over what we wanted to spend but we bought insurance cover and delivery which and removal of old mattress. Yes whole process from start to finish was stress free. A big thanks to Kenny as I think we would have still been looking for a mattress or worse bought the wrong one for our needs Great service and thanks to Kenny.

The customer service advisor was very patient with us and took time to understand all our specific needs due to health conditions. He explained everything clearly and gave us plenty of time to try out the 6 mattresses recommended by the sleep assessment machine, including trying the two favourites again, just to be sure of our final choice. We were even offered a hot drink while the ordering process was ongoing.

The customer care service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and the sleepmatch bed is a great idea.

The staff were so friendly and helpful even offering you tea or coffee. They answered any questions we had and let us try different mattresses.
