Got the purchase we wanted.

Debs was great. She was chatty and friendly. Gave us all the advice and guidance we needed in purchasing out new mattress but also gave us time and space aswell.

Debbie has great customer service skills. I was in the store for quite a while deciding on a mattress and bed frame. Debbie worked with me giving me advice but also allowing me to go and try some things and have a look around the store. Great balance.

I didn't know the bed I wanted and was guided by the lady I spoke with who was very knowledgeable in all the items required

Donna was an excellent sales assistant, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and her assistant also helped and measured the depth of the base and mattress, the person receiving the bed is 93 years old and the bed had to be the correct height, overall I was extremely pleased with my visit to the store. I purchased a king size bed about 2 years ago at Dreams, and after searching online to purchase bunk beds I decided to go back to Dreams for my recent purchase. The staff are very professional and so helpful, Debbie dealt with me and my granddaughter who had her very specific ideas about the mattress and bunk beds she wanted!! Debbie went above and beyond to satisfy all my granddaughters requests!! Thank you

I was satisfied with my experience due to how quickly I was greeted on enters the store also on how helpful the staff were and directed me to what I was looking for straight away after testing what bed would be suitable.
