The sales assistant Kenny, was excellent. Spending the time to help with our specific requirements and guiding us through all the varied options. Helpful but not pushy or forceful. Gave us both the time and space to discuss in private before reaching our decision. Full marks for customer service.

The bed frame we were considering was on display. A friendly store manager named Peter helped us choose our mattress as we didnt know what to get. He showed us how to use the sleep machine to assess the right mattress for us and then showed us which ones to try. He then provided tea and coffee to us while he ran up our order. Fantastic customer service!

Kenny was very knowledgeable and very patient with me during my purchase.

We came in got very good assistance from our sales advisor, with regards as to best type of mattress for us. Even put us on a computer thing to scan our bodies.

Stuart was friendly and extremely helpful. He had great knowledge about the product we were interested in and the different options available.
