Peter knew his product well and answered all our questions. This allowed us to choose the mattress that we felt was right for us.

All staff acknowledged us but none were in our face .This makes shopping so much easier .we eventually had a rough idea and approached one of the sales team Stacey . She was very good and so knowledgable no hard sell and knew what she was talking about.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ( Stuart) who asked various questions to understand our needs and recommended a mattress within our specification.

As a wheelchair user with extra needs and more apssistance found Kenny very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I also appreciated he knew I was the customer and spoke direct to me despite being in a wheelchair and was with my husband. I have experienced many people speak to my husband and not me because I am in a wheelchair.

I knew what I was looking so Stacey in the Irvine store gave me a demonstration of the bed I was interested in but also ensured I had a chance to look around and make my mind up. Once I was ready to order I was dealt with swiftly and efficiently - perfect.

Kenny was great, good knowledge of the products, very patient, no hard sales tactics, just relaxed and encouraging. The beds we tried and ordered were incredibly comfortable and the 8 year warranty gave me piece of mind.

Great all round service

Store was well laid out with plenty of choice. Assistant was friendly and pleasant and helpful setting out all the information necessary to make a choice without pressure. A pleasant and satisfactory experience all round.

Stuart the sales colleague was extremely friendly but not pushy. He took the time to explain what was included with the beds and tell us about the availability of assembly
