As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a lovely gentleman asking if we would like help choosing a product and also if we would like a drink of tea/coffee, he gave us a few options and then left us to have a browse and let him know if we needed further information.

The sales person Stacey knew her stuff!! She was very friendly and I didnt feel pushed into anything. She had the right balance between helping me but also giving me time to decide for myself. Excellent customer service!
