Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were in no way pushy (which puts me off purchasing) therefore I felt able to make my own decision and comfortable to then pay the extra compared to an online purchase in my own time.

Service wasn’t pushy at all, we didn’t feel any pressure to buy and this is important to us. Very friendly approachable staff.

I made a visit to Dreams in Irvine looking for a new bed, Kenny approached me asking what kind of bed i was looking for, first of all he got me to lie down on the bed that tells you what mattress is best for you, once i picked my mattress he then went through the different bases until i picked the one i wanted, Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable.

As soon as my partner and I walked into the shop we were greeted by Stuart who couldn't have been more welcoming and his genuine interest, this actually convinced us to buy more than what we were going to initially. The process of sorting our delivery out was handled by Kenny who again couldn't have been nicer towards us and made the process very pain free.

Both Peter and Stacey could not have been more helpful. We found their product knowledge to be excellent. They took the time to fin out exactly what we wanted. We could not have been happier with the service we received. We do not believe we could have received better service and product knowledge anywhere else. We will certainly be recommending the staff in this store to all our family and friends. Delighted with our purchase.

Went in looking for a new mattress. Peter was very knowledgeable and had me trying out different beds @ varying prices He also put me on the bed machine to see what mattress suited me the best

Really impressed, loved doing the sleepmatch, have seen it on TV and now tried it. Really helpful assistant called Kenny gave us all the info we required, not pushy just very willing to assist us. Will have no hesitation in recomending Dreams I look forward to delivery of my new mattress as i think you would say my existing one is past its sell by date.
