When we were looking around we were quickly give assistance on the type of bed I was looking for and it was very clear which were in my budget and the mattress type I was looking for.

Was helped from minute I was through the door

I was able to test the mattresses out at a local store. There were no pressure sales people and when I did decide to buy, the assistants were very easy-going and helpful. I also got a very good price on the mattress I chose - less than half-price. I also took out the 8 year warranty and got a free mattress protector which I would have had to buy anyway so that was a nice bonus. Quite happy with the whole experience tbh.

Stacey was really good from minutes within stepping in the door. Gave me time to find what I liked then stepped in to help to make my mind up! Offered me a cup of tea as well which was a lovely touch.

Everyone was very welcoming! We were assisted to pick out the perfect bed and mattress and the finance options were explained in depth with us. The process of placing the order was quick and efficient!
