Michael was very helpful and very friendly he explained everything very well.

We did not feel rushed or pressurised in any way, staff were available to answer any questions

I got lots of good advice from kenny the assistant he had very good experiences i was given plenty of choice and was not rushed into anything kenny gave me plenty of time to make up my on mind and choice very good service

The sales assistant was great..spoke us through everything also tried out the machine that tells us what kind of matress we need..she put us at ease and was fantastic at telling us about the product we bought..very good

The assistant was incredible knowledgeable about the different materials, colours and options that each bed came in. I told her what I was looking for and she was abie to advise me on the best product for my needs. I was really pleased with the variety of mattresses that were on offer as I required one to keep me cool. Although they were expensive, having an existing dreams bed, I knew that it was worth the cost for the quality. I had no intention of buying a bed that day, however, as the one I chose was exactly what I was looking for, I went ahead with the purchase. I will be purchasing a kingsized bed soon and I will certainly be visiting this store as my first option.
