Helpful pleasant staff

We thoroughly enjoyed the interactive system which helped tailor our purchase to our sleeping style, body type, aches and pains. Our customer assistant Kenny was very friendly and no question was too many. Having a pillow to use when trying out the recommended mattresses was also really helpful.

Assistant Stacey greeted me as soon as I entered shop, which was nice. I was asked if I required any help. Stacey then asked if I would like to try the "sleep assist" bed to find out which mattress would be best. That was very helpful. Stacey then showed me a few mattresses and let me try them out. Very helpful and gave me information on each one without being pushy. I chose the one I liked best and then Stacey done all the order etc.

The sales person Stacey at Irvine was exceptional. She was very professional and did everything to make this as pleasant experience. Stacey new what she was talking about and answered any queries in a professional manner.

The sleepmatch function in store made it easy to find the right bed for me. The sales person was very chatty, helpful and nice about our order showing various options from the sleepmatch in our price range

Kenny was very knowledgable about all the beds and what they could do for us. Also he never rushed us and made us feel very at ease.

Michael, at the store in Irvine, was very pleasant and obviously new his stuff. We only came in to have browse but were really impressed with the service and so decided to go with Dreams as we had been planning to purchase a bed and mattress at some point in the near future.

We had a very pleasant experience at dreams in Irvine. Very quickly offered assistance by Kenneth who was very thorough explaining everything and giving us the time to try everything suggested for ourselves. He was very helpful as we are first time buyers and weren't too sure what we were looking for. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with customer service.
