Stacey is the main reason for the high satisfaction with my time in the dreams show room. She was polite, not too pushy and overall gave excellent customer service.

Our assistant was called Stacey and she approached us on entering to offer her help. She was invaluable in helping us choose a new bed. We tried the digital screen and she then led us to some beds recommended for us allowing us to have a good try on them and explaining the makeup of the beds and the prices etc. She was very knowledgeable about the products in her store and we were very confident in her ability to guide us but without putting any pressure on us.
