Very friendly and professional service from Michael the store manager.

Being a 82yr old man I needed help and assistance in making my decision- this was provided in full by the lady assistant ( Stacey ).There wasn’t any pressure to buy that higher priced mattress and she was professional, friendly, and understanding of my problems. Only time will tell as to value of my mattress but I have assumed that it will match up to my expectations.

Stacy took the time to find out our specific requirements and gave us a selection of products to cover our needs. There was no time pressure and we tried several mattresses before we selected our favourite. At her suggestion we tried all the mattresses we had picked to confirm that our selection was the best for my wife and I. Stacy organised delivery and additional purchase requests we made and it was painless. I do not shop as a rule but on this occasion it was a pleasant experience and I was impressed with her knowledge of her products.

Everything went so smoothly from beginning to end , been using Dreams for beds and all bedding for a number of years and never had any problems x the staff are so friendly and put you at ease when you walk in the store ,

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable he encouraged me to use the mattress picker, then showed me all the items matching the printout and explained the differences

Kenny the stores assistant at Irvine, Scotland was very very helpful, polite and knew his stuff. First time using the Sleepmatch I was a bit nervous but Kenny soon took all fear away. 10/10 for Kenny 👍😊

When we went in to the store we were greeted by Kenny , he was a very polite pleasant guy he explained about the different beds he is very knowledgeable and informative . He helped us choose the correct bed for us . He is a total credit to the store and the company.

We were the only ones in the shop when we arrived for a quick look on Thursday evening and Kenny was keen to help us find the right mattress.
