Stuart was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. He was honest and not pushy like salesmen can be. He pointed out the most suitable beds and all the options for us to consider. He offered additional products which he was able to give advice on, having tried them himself. Overall we were extremely pleased and had no hesitation in purchasing a bed + extras

Used the dream machine to determine the type of bed that was suitable which helped us zero in on the mattress that suited us best. Kenneth was very helpful and allowed us the time to try different mattresses; we did not feed under pressure to hurry or that all he was after was a sale - that us getting the correct mattress was in his interest.
