John was very informative and friendly. We felt very comfortable about making a purchase after his advice.

Sammy, who greeted us was most helpful and friendly - provided us with coffee whilst we browsed. She explained the differences between the mattresses on display and allowed us to use a 'cool' pillow when trying them out. Overall our trip to Dreams was very satisfying and we look forward to sleeping on our, long overdue, new bed!

John the manger from the Leamington spa store was very helpful , I went on Friday night to look for an electric bed for my Father who has had a stroke ,I returned on Saturday 28th July with both of my patients ,John was very helpful to all are needs . The only problem I have is we have to wait to 6/8 weeks . I would like to try to get this ASAP because my Father at the moment is not getting much sleep ,which is not good for this health .

Was highly satisfied because we got exactly what we wanted in a reasonable time & were treated with respect & was given time to decide on the correct bed & mattress, all this & a cup of coffee too 👍😄

Attentive but not overbearing sales person - John to the time to understand what we were looking for, and helped us to choose the right product based on this. We didn't feel pressured so were very happy with the service we received.

I liked the range of products in store, the approachability of the staff, the quality. We are return customers and I like to be able to feel a mattress before I buy it. It’s something you use everyday after all!!
