Dreams - Leamington Spa

I have had a dream bed for years which is set l went back 13 years later. I won't buy on line, have no car so l had to walk to your store , you should have them in towns. Shop keeper was lovely got me a glass of water because of the long walk. The problem was only having one shopkeeper l had a very long wait to place my order , the couple before had finance and it took ages and ages before l was surved.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and a very pleasing personality which made the experience a "highly satisfied" experience.

We were assisted by Sammy, who could not have been more helpful, and quickly realised what we were looking for. There was no over-selling, just clear information and time for us to make up our minds. The goods were displayed well and were easy to inspect. Overall, a good experience.

I found the sofa bed in the shop that I had seen on line and wanted to seein store and try for comfort. Your sales assistant Hermione could not have been more helpful and she was able to answer all my questions.

Sammy was great, she even made us a cup of coffee while we waited for a terminal to be available to complete my order

John was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to my needs and advised me. I left the store very excited for my new bed to be delivered!

We explained what we needed and was shown a selection of mattresses and chose one.

From walking in David was polite, attentive, and interested in what we were looking at. He understood our needs but also gave time to talk and think. He was knowledgeable but not pushy, and is a very good sales person, but delivers great customer service.
