Thought John who served me new what he was talking about and knew the products well it was good checking out the beds and the pillows the only thing I could moan about is after paying 170 pounds on two pillows would have thought you would give extra case for free or a deal but that’s my only moan after spending 2247 pounds

Really friendly customer assistant who was helpful when needed but also left us alone while we looked around. We didn’t feel pestered. He was very knowledgable and accommodating

Excellent service from David, very personable service, explained everything clearly and some how gave the sales talk without making me feel pressured to buy. Came across a genuine guy who was polite and always offered me a refreshment when I came in (twice). Would definitely recommend Dreams, in particular this store with whom I have had a great experience. I had looked online before visiting but Rosie (who is normally at the Banbury branch) took me through the alternatives before making the purchase. I was very satisfied with how she dealt with me.

Great staff member made the experience pleasant and easy, explaining things at every step of the way. Went in to try a few mattresses and came out less than an hour later with bed and mattress ordered and due to be delivered the same week. Great service!
