Dreams - Leamington Spa

Assistant could see that we were a little stressed. We needed to be ice bedroom furniture asap for our new home and had been all around town already. Immediately offered us refreshments rather than trying to push for any kind of sale, which was greatly appreciated. He also knew exactly when to give us space to talk over our options in private. All in all very satisfied with the level of customer service.

We were welcomed in the store , everything nicely laid out. Staff very helpful especially David who served us.. very pleasant experience.

I found it very easy to buy the mattress I wanted, the salesman, John, was knowledgable, told me what I needed to know but was not pushy.

The staff were very friendly and very very helpful as we didn’t know where to start!

As soon as we walked into the Leamington spa, store we found the staff were very helpful and gave us loads of advice on different products and which would be best to go with in our circumstances.

On our arrival at your Leamington Spa branch we were greeted by a young man called David, he was warm and friendly without being over the top and put my wife & I totally at ease, he very quickly established what type of bed base we were looking for and showed us just what we were looking for, in order to give my wife and I time to consider the purchase he offered us some refreshments that was most welcome, on his return David demonstrated some of the options we could consider for this bed base, Nothing was too much trouble for him, and in view of the fact that David has only been in the job for about four months he demonstrated excellent product knowledge and his people skills were first class. We will have no hesitation in returning to your store when we next require bedroom furniture even though this would involve us travelling 40 miles round trip,as this was without doubt a most pleasant experience.

The sales man - I believe was called David was absolutely fantastic with us and kept our son so entertained during the process. He was brilliant and honestly should be recognised for his hard work professionalism and outstanding customer service. We went to Benson's next door to get a comparative quote and left within minutes. They just didn't care or made us feel welcome like the Leamington store did. If this feedback isn't taken any further please can anyone reading it pass on the praise to the sales man.

John the store manager was extremely helpful explaining the different kinds of mattress. He gave me a pillow so that I could fully experience the comfort of the mattress.

Wide choice available. Assistant new her products and explained clearly and procisely. We always use Dreams and always very happy with their beds/mattresses.

The assistant was very helpful and appeared to know her business. She was pleasant,respectful and eager to help
