Prompt response when we entered the store; friendly manner of assistant; expert knowledge displayed by assistant; wide availability of beds, mattresses, duvets, sheets, etc.; clarity of explanations about products, delivery, etc.

The person who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly and listened to our requirements. We were shown several different mattresses that fitted our brief and with good advice have chosen one and we feel sure that we will probably be very happy with our purchase.

The sales assistant who dealt with us was very friendly and keen to help us see the product we had come to see. It wasn't available in the store and she tried to see if she could locate it at a local store. |She offered us drinks and explained the processes very well.

I thought the customer service was excellent. Staff seemed genuinely friendly and willing to help without being overbearing. Chris who took my order was extremely helpful and advised me well on the items I was looking for. He also made a very decent cuppa! The payment transaction was explained so I understood fully. I left the shop thinking that was probably the best customer service in a long while.
