Dreams - Leamington Spa

We had recently purchased 2 x tempur mattresses and 2 x bed frames from your Banbury store, we went in there oblivious to what type of bed/mattress we wanted, we just new we needed new ones, the lady who was in the store let us browse for a little while not coming straight up and bombarding us with lots of questions (which was very nice) then came up to us and asked questions after we had chance to browse, she was very helpful and did not rush us. Whilst in there she helped entertain my 17month old little girl, who just wanted to run wild, she gave her a little drink and biscuit whilst we was browsing, also offering us a hot drink. The service was great. The lady was called Rosie and another gentlemen (I can't remeber his name) was so helpful when we was ordering they stayed in the store an extra hour after they was meant to of finished for the evening. When our new beds arrived we decided to treat ourselves to 2xtempur pillows in the leamington store which Rosie was working in that store on the day. Again great service. All in all great service.

Rosie as extremely helpful without being pushy very important with me as the sale would not have been made had it not been so.I had an idea what i wanted from using your website which was helpful. Overall a pleasant xperience well done

We found the shop assistant extremely helpful and knowledgeable she made everything so clear and easy we decided not to even go anywhere else to look for bedroom furniture and accessories we decided to get them all from the store on the day.

John was so helpful, we came in unsure about what exactly we were looking for, John quickly understood after asking a few questions and gathering knowledge about what we needed/wanted and made sure that we were happy with our choice before we started the order process. Quick easy simple

I had an assistant name David he helped me with all the different types of mattresses he knew all the information we needed to know as well as going the extra mile to move around other mattresses for me to try.. I ended up walking away with a much better quality mattress with a few extras... we are very very happy with it!! We will definitely be going back when its time to purchase our spear room mattress
