Very good customer service and advice

Ln fairness we were the only customers in the shop when we went, but there was no reason to suppose that we got more attention and help than if there had been others. The staff were polite and explained the different product features well and were patient while we made up our minds. We were not pressurised at all or obliged to purchase.

The staff were very nice and helpful and tried to help us to find a satisfying mattress to take home with us the same day, because that was very important to us and the mattress we wanted was not available to take away the same day.

Was served by an excellent assistant.

David was friendly and helpful, listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions. Delivery men were fantastic too.

Very friendly service, knowledgeable and found us the best bed for our budget.

Excellent customer service from Rosie at Leamington Spa branch (Myton Road). Extremely knowledgeable and patient. The offer of a cup of tea was a nice touch. We will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

David was available, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. He was attentive and innovative with suggestions. None of this was either overbearing or impositional. He answered questions easily and courteously and made further suggestions concerning specific points or items. It was a pleasure and very enjoyable to work with him.
